Studio Film School provides creative filmmaking activities for young people  aged between 7 and 16 years. Since we launched last year our programme has gone from strength to strength, growing from a summer holiday project to a weekly filmmaking group, regular holiday activities and workshops for schools and corporate partners.

We're very proud of our relationships with a number of partners, including Barnardos, InSpire, The Exhibit and our sister school, who offer filmmaking activities to children in Cheshire.

The staff at Studio Film School all have professional backgrounds in film, theatre and arts education. We started because we wanted to offer filmmaking as an accessible and enjoyable activity for young people and to foster a creative hub for the next generation of filmmakers. Since we opened our doors, we've enjoyed watching our members grow in confidence and creativity and we're inspired by their achievements.
